Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that any grooming tools or kits include all original components.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
